feat(liquid-glass): standalone repo on upstream.codes (coline/liquid-glass), 0.1.1

- package.json: 0.1.1, with repository, homepage and bugs pointing at
  upstream.codes/coline/liquid-glass and liquid-glass.coline.space. Its
  tsconfig no longer extends the monorepo's, so the folder builds on its own.
- scripts/sync-liquid-glass.sh publishes packages/liquid-glass there with git
  subtree split, which fast-forwards main on every sync. The README says how.
- The site links the source in its header and footer and in llms.txt.
