perf(onset): a land after getting a big project doesn't wait for the get's files to reach disk; an import's first get reads a snapshot

A save synced the whole filesystem (syncfs), so the first land after
an on get of coline-app waited 7 s for the gigabyte of files the get had
just written. A few objects are synced one by one now: that first land
took 1.4 s. The host also snapshots the imported main once the last
part is in, so the first on get of an imported project is one read
(coline-app: 88 s without, 23 s with, against 24 s for git clone).
