perf(onset): a get stores many small objects as one pack, not a file each

The files were half of what a get wrote: a 20,000-file project's first
copy took 2.3 s against git's 1.2 s, and takes 0.64 s now. Bundles over
64 MiB (a big project's files) stay a file each.
