feat(vcs): your own git URL, with the private folders you can see

https://vcs.coline.dev/<owner>/<name>.git speaks git's smart HTTP (v0, no
side band) on main as the caller sees it. Everyone with the same view
shares one chain of commits, which starts at the version that was main
when the view was first used; fetches send what came after the newest
commit the client has. A push to main (fast-forward, no thin packs) lands
like vcs land, and the pushed commit stays the view's commit for that
version. Your token is the password. vcs git prints the URL for people who
see more than the shared git view. exportBatch's pack writing is now
packVersions, shared by pushes to the git view and these fetches.
