fix(onset): a long history is imported in parts

The host checks every version it takes, and checking coline-app's 3,048
in one request ran past Cloudflare's subrequest limit after 12 minutes.
publish sends 250 versions at a time, each on the last; the git view
waits until the last part is in. A short history still goes in one
request, so hosts from before parts take it.
