feat(vcs): rename tracking: status, merges, log and blame follow moved files

Renames are found by content, as git finds them: a removed path and an
added one are one file when they're identical, or (for text) at least half
their lines match. vcs status shows "R old -> new". A merge where one side
moved a file the other side edited moves the edit along (both on the host
and on this machine), with a note. vcs log <file> and vcs blame follow a
file back through its moves (on the host, the server and this machine).
