perf(onset): the git view keeps up with a busy project Pushes carry up to 1,024 versions, the last version in git is remembered instead of looked for from the top each round, objects' git IDs go to an append-only log indexed like objects (git_ids from before is still read), small objects go into packs stored rather than deflated, and a push lets lands in while it reads. At 1,024 agents the view caught up 6-15 s after a 30 s run instead of 62 s, with no lands turned away. Load tests can keep repositories' rules as production does.
