fix(onset): flushing objects works on Windows Windows flushes only a file opened for writing, so the new flush failed with access denied and every command that saved failed with it (on init first). Objects are opened for writing to flush, and a flush that fails no longer fails the command (on check finds and repairs what a power cut broke). The suites turn workspaces' .git views off except in their own tests, so background updates don't race the suites' folder changes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
