feat(ui): Liquid Glass dropdowns grow out of their trigger

On Liquid Glass, a dropdown's glass starts as its trigger and pours out into
the menu: each edge rides its own spring, so the far edge leads and
overshoots, the sides follow and the edge at the trigger lets go last. The
contents sharpen in as the glass reaches them, and closing gathers the glass
back into the trigger as it clears. Sub-menus grow sideways out of their row.
Reduced motion, reduced transparency and the app's motion settings keep the
fade.
