chore: move to TypeScript 7 Every workspace except Raycast now type-checks with the native TypeScript 7 compiler. A full apps/web check drops from 111s to 18s; the whole repo checks in about 30s. TypeScript 7 has no JavaScript API yet, so .pnpmfile.cjs gives the tools that load it as a library (typescript-eslint, tsup, rollup-plugin-dts, openapi-typescript) the TypeScript 6 API package. The Dockerfiles and the public SDK mirror carry that file so frozen installs keep working. - drop the removed baseUrl option; paths were already relative - list node types where packages relied on implicit @types inclusion - let tsup's declaration build accept the baseUrl it injects - drop the 24 GB heap flag the native compiler ignores Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
