feat(ui): rebuild the app UI kit, rank Kairo app tools by relevance

@colineapp/ui gets a real component set for full-stack apps, all on
host tokens and one motion vocabulary (lib/motion.ts), with reduced
motion respected everywhere:

- Data: DataGrid (sort, selection with a floating bulk bar, roving
  keyboard focus, windowing past 300 rows), KanbanBoard (pointer and
  keyboard drag and drop, announced moves), Chart family (line, area,
  bar, donut, sparkline on chart tokens), Stat/StatGrid/AnimatedNumber,
  PropertyList, Timeline, Steps, Pagination, Breadcrumbs.
- Inputs: SegmentedControl, RadioGroup, SearchInput, Calendar and
  DatePicker, CommandList and Combobox, Accordion, Sheet.
- Platform: FilePreview, FileDropzone (streams large uploads),
  SaveAsButton, useFilePicker, ConnectButton, ConfirmButton.
- Feedback: Spinner, Kbd, Avatar/AvatarGroup, Banner, Presence, new
  Badge tones (positive, attention, risk, info, muted), useToast.
- Hooks: useColineMutation, useJob, useConnection, useDebouncedValue.
- Patterns (AppPage, RecordTable, Board, SplitView, EmptyState, ...)
  move from hand-written CSS with Inter and raw hex colors to Geist,
  tokens, and entrance/layout animation; patterns.css is gone.

The sandbox theme bridge now forwards status, action, and chart tokens
(lib/apps/sandbox-theme.ts, shared by workspace and public sandboxes).

Kairo ranks installed app tools with BM25 over name, app, description
and instructions, boosted by app mentions and recently used tools, and
attaches the top 40 instead of the first 40.
