docs(sdk): full-stack guide, as-built notes, and 0.6 / 2.7 versions

- docs/sdk/full-stack.md documents events, endpoints, jobs, connections,
  developer secrets, collections, files, public pages, tree additions,
  the UI kit, Kairo ranking and Build, templates, Code App projects, and
  external backends, with an exact list of what was and was not verified.
- The developer docs page fixes stale samples (createColineAppHandler
  `secret`, files.updateDocument, notifications.create, net.fetch input)
  and adds full-stack and "Build in Coline Code" sections.
- SDK, UI, and CLI READMEs/AGENTS, developer-readiness, root AGENTS, and
  the SDK v2 plan get as-built notes; "Code integration is later work"
  is no longer true and is removed.
- Versions: @colineapp/sdk, app-runtime, and ui 0.6.0; create-coline-app
  2.7.0; template dependency ranges follow. Not published.
