fix(sites): fixes from the second agent-built site

A second from-scratch GPT-6.1 Sol run built its site on @colineapp/ui
(ColineSiteProvider, 18 components, no fixed colors). What it still hit:

- No way to read the current path for an active nav link; it subscribed
  to the router's private event. @colineapp/sdk/site/react exports
  useLocation().
- ConfirmButton's docs said it arms as "Delete?"; it shows confirmLabel,
  "Are you sure?" by default.
- The guides gave two different asset limits; they now say which is per
  deploy and which is stored.
- The design guide lists the raw CSS variables behind the Tailwind names.
- The unclaimed-site badge disappeared on dark pages; it has a light ring.

SDK 2.1.3, UI 2.1.2, create-coline-app 2.9.3 (not yet on npm).
