Onset: version control where nobody waits and nothing gets lost. The on command, its core and onset-server.
| 6 |
| npm install -g @colineapp/onset |
| 7 | on login |
| 8 | on get <project> |
| 9 | ``` |
| 10 |
| 11 | The first `on` fetches the release for your machine from downloads.coline.dev and checks it against the release's checksum. It keeps the release in `~/.onset/npm`, and every later run starts it directly. This needs Node 18 or later. Every run goes through Node, so the install script and Homebrew start `on` slightly faster: |
| 12 |
| 13 | ```sh |
| 14 | curl -fsSL https://downloads.coline.dev/onset/install.sh | sh |
| 15 | brew tap coline/tap https://git.coline.app/coline/homebrew-tap.git && brew install coline/tap/onset |
| 16 | ``` |
| 17 |
| 18 | On Windows, in PowerShell: |
| 19 |
| 20 | ```powershell |
| 21 | irm https://downloads.coline.dev/onset/install.ps1 | iex |
| 22 | ``` |
