fix(onset): fast lands in long agent sessions, 7x faster Linux builds, no hung or starved lands on the host From the production test (reports/Onset prod test Oct 28 2026.md): - A land reads only what the agent's session gained since the last land, not the whole file (70 MB: 50 ms to 7 ms), and doesn't keep a session with nothing in it; the count says messages and commands. - Linux builds use mimalloc in place of musl's allocator: status on 20,000 files 141 ms to 19 ms. - The host gives waiting lands a turn between the git view's commits, replaces a git view copy that went quiet (its flag never cleared if it was cut off) and retries a push that failed for now. - A request no longer sends other requests' lands after answering, which the runtime cut off and left the rest waiting for good. - While Upstream is slow or down, the host uses its last answers (up to 10 minutes) and waits 3 s, not 10, when it has them. - Clearer sign-in, sync and sealed-folder messages; the CLI's unit tests compile again.
