chore: commit in-progress 0.7 work Tab bar with the active-tab traveler, sidebar header and nav polish, input and textarea tweaks, sheet and liquid-glass tuning for dark glass, Drive browser and file picker updates, and the 0.7 release notes drafts. The tab bar's drop flag moves to module scope and its group cascade steps are worked out before render, so the React compiler checks pass. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
