feat(sites): a site picks one accent color; check warns when it restyles Coline
ColineSiteProvider takes accent (one CSS color, lifted for dark mode, or
{ light, dark }) and sets --action, so selection, radio choices, the
selected date, steps, info badges and the first chart series follow it.
Everything else stays Coline's.
coline-app check now warns, with file and line, when a site overrides
Coline's tokens, loads a font, uses fixed colors or its own palette,
restyles library components in classes or CSS, or hand-rolls controls or
tabs. The site template's AGENTS.md, the UI package docs, the docs' design
page, agents.md and the Coline Code prompt all state the same rules.
