fix(ui): chart ticks, bar shape, mobile grids; template polish from visual QA

Found by capturing every template's preview (light/dark, desktop/mobile,
ready/empty/error/loading/denied) and driving the editor in a browser:

- Charts: whole-number data gets whole-number ticks (no 3.75 issues);
  bars round only their top corners and stay narrower.
- DataGrid uses fixed table layout so columns honor their widths and
  cells ellipsize instead of pushing the grid off-screen on phones.
- StatGrid fits two stats per row on phones; sparklines shrink there.
- ConnectButton title-cases the key until the status loads.
- Integration template: a failed load shows only the error (no
  misleading connect banner or empty stats); issue titles win over label
  badges on phones.
- Editor template: home cards show the first line and checklist
  progress; the editor's editable title is the page's only heading;
  the checklist key hint renders.
