Merge glass-ios27-refine-2 into main: iOS 27 Liquid Glass refinements

Brings the iOS 27 Liquid Glass pass to main: the glass slider (Default in the
middle, clearer than iOS's; More Clear nearly no glass; More Tinted iOS's
Default), menus that grow out of their button and cover it, sub-menus that
unfold from the menu's edge, pill tabs as iOS 27's segmented control, sharp
glass where it bends, and motion smoothed from 240 fps captures.

main had since deleted source-control-panel.tsx in its source-control
redesign; it stays deleted. The press-scale fix (`scale` in transition lists
that press-scale and list `transform`) is applied to main's newer code too.
